All teas sold by MACENATI are food products. Taste, aroma, and appearance may vary naturally due to seasonality, harvest, and origin — this is part of the character of artisanal tea.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse). If this occurs, we will notify you using the contact details provided.

Your rights to cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, or replacements are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable EU consumer law.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes unless explicitly stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a person designated by the customer, in accordance with EU consumer law.

SECTION 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

• sealed food or consumable products once they have been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.

This store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with MACENATI.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold through our store, and you release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions with us.

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
