SHIPPING POLICY

At MACENATI, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver our tea safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find what to expect when it comes to shipping, delivery times, and costs.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • Lithuania

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location is not yet supported.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery destination

  • order size and weight

  • selected shipping method

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays

  • customs procedures

  • weather or unforeseen events


5. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by third-party logistics and courier partners selected by our fulfillment provider.

We are not able to guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed over to the carrier, but we will assist if issues arise.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

If tracking is not available for your shipping method, delivery updates may be limited.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For deliveries within the European Union, customs duties are generally not applicable.

If any customs fees, import duties, or taxes apply due to destination-specific regulations, these are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.


8. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order:

  • arrives damaged

  • is incorrect

  • appears lost in transit

please contact us at hello@macenati.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue.


9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping costs may apply.


10. RISK OF LOSS

In accordance with EU consumer law, risk of loss passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
